| What is your earliest sporting memory? My earliest sporting memory has to be when I learned to walk using a football. I loved playing with a soccer ball when I was tiny and then one day I used it as an aid to take my first steps but then I fell over and gave myself a big bump on the face. What do you remember of your first professional tournament? I cant remember I was probably too stressed. Which is your favourite course in the world? Golf Club Taulane, behind Cannes in the South of France |
What event/ performance has given you the most satisfaction as a professional?Being in the lead at the Italian Open in my own country this year and playing in the Evian Masters and the British Open. Which rule would you abolish or amend? When you can lift and place the ball on the fairway when its dirty. Which professional is your favourite playing partner? I like playing with the Italians because we have fun. Which team do you support? Nice FC and Italy Which American would you most like to beat in the singles to clinch The Solheim Cup? Paula Creamer (I would have to play great golf!) If you werent a golfer, what would you like to be? Too many opportunities I will have to sort them out. Whats the best advice you can give an amateur? Be patient and keep cool! Whats the most important quality you look for in a caddie? Reading putting lines and lining me up.
What car do you drive? At the moment a Volvo but hopefully on Sunday night a jet ski or a scooter! (On offer for a hole-in-one at the Catalonia Ladies Masters, Spain). | 
| Youve won the US Masters, what would be your choice of menu for the following year? Red wine, (free alcohol), some nice gnocchi and lots of deserts with chocolate Your life depends on a five-foot downhill putt going in; who would you have take the putt? Myself I cant put that much pressure on someone else. Whats your all-time favourite movie? Too many but probably Pretty Woman Who would make up your favourite fourball? Annika for the game, Tiger for the strategy, Adam Scott for the eyes! What are you planning to do in the off season? Relax and windsurf a bit When did you start playing golf? 14 Which college/university did you attend? UCLA What did you study? Marketing What are your favourite courses on the LET?
